6 to 7 week growth question

I am a bit confused. Wh,en I went in for my 6 week ultrasound, the baby measured 7.15mm and it said 6w4d. Then at my 7 week ultrasound, the baby measured 8.80mm but it said 6w6d. With a 1.65mm growth, is that really only a 2 day growth? Could the machine be off? I just suffered my 3rd miscarriage and I'm trying not to stress about this one. Any input? My doctor wasn't worried. The heartbeat was very strong and she seemed positive. Would love some feedback. Thank you!

Didn't want to just read and run, but unfortunately I don't know much about how fast the baby grows. But if your doctor doesn't seem worried, I think that's a good thing. On a side note, I WISH I could get an ultrasound at 6 weeks! My doctor won't even see me till I'm at least 8 weeks and she didn't have anything available till 9! Going crazy cuz I'm only about 6! Lol
