Cloth Diaper Pull Ups for Potty Training: Recommendations?

We have cloth diapered all our kids and with our oldest pretty much waited until she was ready to potty train, then replaced CDs with disposable pull ups for a few weeks, before she had the potty thing down. Now our triplets are 2, and are becoming more interested in sitting on the toilet, which means that I'm resnapping and changing diapers 3 times in a row whenever they decided to "potty". 

Is there a cloth diaper version of pull ups so that we can start moving them in that direction? I'm not interested in training underwear with the plastic covers.

Since I use Best Bottoms diapers, I am planning to try out the corresponding trainers with ds when he gets closer to potty training age.

Thanks!  We've been using BumGenius 4.0s and I saw a few on CottonBabies.com that might work for training pants.
