Hi everyone,
I am 7 weeks and I'm having serious pain with gas and constipation. The pain was so severe that all I could do was curl up in a ball and pray that I would pass gas soon. The pain can also be felt when I press on my abdomen (was trying to massage my belly to get things moving) and I guess that's the part that I'm most worried about...is that normal for constipation? I didn't have these issues when I was pregnant with either of my girls, so it's making me a little nervous. Thought I may feel better if anyone can tell me if the pain is normal?
Re: Extremely painful gas, constipation, and bloating
Also, there are some natural foods to help and avoid. Like get more prunes, pears, kiwi, beans into your diet. And avoid chocolate, dairy, and a few others.... a good google search topic.
All of the above! I've had a few bouts of painful gas pains. I actually did some streaching exercises that helped a lot. Exercising just makes me fart.
(Sorry, everyone at my gym behind me).
Also, did I spell streaching wrong? I hate trying to spell that word.
