32 weeks and in L&D *update*

Had bloody show and cramping this morning. I called the OB and they had me come in they started me on Mag in hopes to stop the contractions but it didn't work so they transferred me via ambulance to the nearest hospital with a level III NICU. Baby B has turned breech and the doctors here don't do breech vaginal delivery so C-section it will be. I'm so upset right now. The doctor here says the way things are looking I'll meet my girls tonight. Please send your thoughts to my girls
Update- First off, thank you all for your thoughts
they seem to be helping. Still holding on. Contractions have spaced out a bit and my cervix has stalled. But they've made it clear that even a half cm more and I'll be in the OR. They are afraid my water will break and baby A will come quickly so they want to avoid a double whamy. Which I agree with. Still having bloody show so SOMETHING is going on in there. Didn't get much sleep last night between the nurse coming in every 1/2 hour to readjust the monitors and me having to pee buckets. However, I did get to eat a tiny bit early this morning. I threatened to start chewing off my arm. Got my steroid booster and antibiotics but they've taken me off the Mag since it wasn't helping and my temp was rising pretty quick. Now that I'm off the mag my temp is normal so they ruled out infection. Thankfully!
Now it is just hour by hour waiting.

No periods due to 17 years of ballet and distance running after college. Zero response to 2 months of Clomid, little response to Letrozole. IUI left with 9 cysts = too many viable eggs due to age. On to IVF. Low dose of all meds still produced 37 mature eggs 12.6.11. Froze due to overstimulation.
FET #1.1 1.22.12 BFN. FET #1.2 2.22.12=GRACE! (and a vanishing twin).
Grace Katherine born 10.25.12 @ 36w6w 6#14oz 19.5".
FET #1.3 3.2013 BFN FET#1.4 4.2013 BFN. Never tried a fresh transfer. Let's try, despite 10 still frozen.

01/12-Break from meds-BFN
Feb-cd3 blood work FSH(5), AMH(0.56) 02/12 Break....
03/01/12-Clomid 50mg with IUI #1=BFN.
04/01/12-Another round of clomid with IUI#2=BFN.
5/8/12-Diagnostic Laparoscopy-found minimal endometriosis and small fibriod.
June and July-much needed break
August-Bravelle 75 with IUI#3- BFN
September-Bravelle injects with IUI #4-BFP!! MC 10/7/12 : ( Sonohysterogram-Normal
December- Bravelle(3 good follicles & E2 1252) with IUI#5 BFFN
July IVF #1- BFP! : ) Beta #1-245, #2- 703, #3- 1655, #4- 3553 YAY! Praying and Praying this one sticks around!

We are having a BOY & a GIRL !!
32 weeks was our goal to make it to and we didn't....we delivered a day short of 31 weeks and the twins are doing great (they are 32 weeks 3 days today)!!! You have done a wonderful job and it will be okay! Thoughts and prayers are being sent your way!!
P.S. I had a transverse twin and had a C-section too and am on day 11 of recovery... it's not nearly as bad as I had expected!! I am here if you ever need someone to ask questions to, vent to, talk to, etc!!!!!

It's triplets!!
I'm so glad you and your little ones are doing well. It gives me hope. I'm scared to death of the c-section and how tiny my girls are going to be. Like, I can't even picture them in my head because I just start bawling.
This limbo is insane. First it was hurry up and get to the other hospital, then it was hurry up and get the booster, then it was you're having a c-section TONIGHT so sign here, here and here. Now, it's oh we're just going to wait.
I don't know how all you ladies did this for weeks. My hat goes off to you.

I'm glad we give you hope as we should!! I was terrified of the c section too but honestly it's no where near as frightening as I had imagined so try to relax and not think about it to much! They are little but they are mighty!! Everyday they grow and you get used to it! I understand the limbo and the hurry up and wait!! Just remember everyday inside is about 3 less days in the NICU!! I'm here if you need anything!!
