I am making a pair of booties for a friend and need to know the ankle size of a baby that is about 2-3 months old. I could guess (my baby is 7 months old) but I really want them to fit. If any of you have a tape measure and a spare moment I would really really appreciate it if you could tell me your baby's ankle circumference. I know how busy you all are.
Depends on babes size. My 1 month old just outgrew 3 month socks.
My 1 year old niece could fit 6 month shoes. I suppose you could assume you friend's babe is average. I could provide 90% measurement for boy...

Re: 2-3 Month Old Baby Ankle Size?
You might also consider going a size up so baby can wear the booties longer.
