Bleeding and scared :o(

Yesterday afternoon, at 7 weeks 2 days, I started bleeding-watery, bright red blood. Mostly when I wipe-it wasn't pouring out but every time I stood up it was definitely on a pad. I stayed in bed for the majority of the night praying it would stop. It stuck around from about 2:45-10pm when I went to bed. Today, cm is slightly tinged but nothing major.

I'm on vaginal endometrin (I did IVF) and we had sex Sunday afternoon. The nurse thinks it's a combo from the 2, but I'm so worried. I've already had one miscarriage and although it didn't mimic this bleeding, it's terrifying. Has anyone bled from sex that delayed (24 hours after?). They agreed to see me for an ultrasound tomorrow morning but that's a lifetime away. Thanks for any advice.

You're doing the best thing by getting an ultrasound right away. Without one, all we can do is guess. I hope it goes well for you!!!
I will tell you that when I was between 5-6 weeks, I had one episode of watery red blood. It was definitely more of a "I just cut my finger" blood rather than "I'm totally on my period" blood. You can tell the difference. Anyway, whatever it was, it didn't even show up on the ultrasound. Everything looked perfect and baby's little heart was pounding away.

I did last week. I had one good swipe if dark red, the rest was brown spotting. It was related to sex from the night before. Today on the other hand, I have pink tinged spotting and have had no sex. So idk what to do. I haven't called dr yet because it just happened.
