Will BRU do anything w/o a receipt?

I bought a breatheable bumper and threw away the receipt, assuming it would fit. Well it fits really crappy on my crib so I want to return it, I still have all the original packagin, just no receipt. Do you think I'll have any luck?

If your registry is still active, I would try adding it to your registry then they might let you return it for store credit. 

 I don't know if their exchange policy is any different for the holidays, but they wouldn't take back anything that wasn't on our registry.

Our BRU has let me return numerous items without a receipt. They ask if I have a receipt, I tell them "no, it was a gift", they accept it and give me merchandise credit. I've never had any problems.

if you purchased it with a credit card, they can look it up. Otherwise, most likely you're stuck with it...

BRU once took back something I bought without the receipt. They were able to look it up by my cc. If not just add it to your registry like pp said.

when i was there last week I saw them turn someone away   but several months ago I returned something with no issues.

If you have a rewards card, they can track your purchase that way...and if you used a CC like a previous poster stated.
