Anyone else having issues, I've been trying to change my ticker for a month now by creating a new "bump" one, but the new one will not show up. HELP!

Are you trying the "old" way or the "new" way?  I changed my very simply.  If you go through "account options" and to the signature button on the left it is as simple as copy and paste.  I literally copied the image of the ticker from lillypie and pasted the image into the box.  I didn't even bother with the html codes.

Fail...Where is account options? If I go to "My Bump" and got signatures under there I HAVE to type in an HTML code.

Look under "community."  It is the person looking figure on the far right (there should be 4 different little icons).  Click on account options (it will than say preferences, click on that).  This will bring you to the "new" member page.  On the left side you will see your avatar and a list underneath it.  I think it says signature settings (or something like that).  If you click on that, you will actually get an image of your siggy.  I literally just put the cursor next to my old ticker and pressed backspace.  Then I copied my new ticker (the image) and pasted it straight into the box.  It was really simple.
