I know I'm not able to contribute much to this board but - - I'm so excited & wanted to share!!

We found out on Monday that Baby #2 is a GIRL!!

I'm so excited that we'll have our little boy and little girl, but I feel a little lost in the midst of pinks, frills, and headbands that my family keeps talking about now.  Plus, DS has to share a room with DD, and I have no idea how to add new girl decor to his room.  I need more time!!  Why is this pregnancy going so fast?!

Congratulations!!!!!  Can't help with the shopping as I've got my second boy on the way.  You should check out Pinterest.  Occasionally they have really cute suggestions for boy/girl shared rooms.

Oh my gosh, congrats to you!  What a wonderful new experience it'll be to have a girl after four boys!  I'm so excited for the pants with ruffles on the butt.  I have no idea why, but I feel they are a must at least once.

I'm going to have my girl and boy sharing a room, too. Right now the plan is to paint the wall his crib will be on green (it's pink now) and they will have a few coordinating but not matching things from Land of Nod, plus a gender neutral fabric line I picked for bedding. I agree, Pinterest is good, but right now I need help figuring out how to store everything for 2 kids in one room/one closet!

Our kid's room is painted yellow currently so I think we might just keep it that way, since it's gender neutral.  We are in the same boat as far as storage!!  We have two dressers, and most of the clothing will (hopefully) fit there - except for things that aren't currently being worn.
