Hello fellow bumpies,

Ok, this might be a really dumb question but I'm about to lose my mind with different bottle brands.
I bought the Adiri NxGen the other day and just sterilized it. The bottle itself looks pretty self explanatory but when I poured the formula in, it leaked out the bottom. I have all parts on it, considering that there aren't many to it. I'm seriously doubting my intelligence here. Why is it pouring out the bottom? I made sure the little silicone disc is attached, but the milk is still leaking out.
