Marginal Cord Insertion

Anyone have any experience with this? My ultrasound tech(who is a friend of mine) said that I had it, but my dr didnt say anything about it when looking at my results. I'm assuming that all is good, but curious if anyone knows anything about this? I've researched this a little, but we all know where that leads.

I think that's why your doctor is supposed to be the one giving you results, not your technician/friend.

Exactly.... That's why I'm not overly concerned.

I was diagnosed with this at my anatomy scan.  Apparently the biggest concern is low birth rate due to nutrients being possibly different - so I'll get growth scans to monitor baby's growth.  From what I've seen, most babies end up healthy so I'm trying to not worry!

I mean low birth weight - not rate! Sorry.

Ha ha. I did re read that and figured it out.... I guess if my dr doesn't say anythjng... I shouldn't be too concerned. Not sure if I should say anythjng to him as I don't want to get my friend in trouble for saying something. She certainly shouldn't have and I know that... But not sure what to do now. It was on the report she said.
