Hi ladies. My husband and I have a list going, but we're so far from making the final choice that I only lurk here occasionally. I had a question about pronunciation and I knew this was the place to come.

How do YOU pronounce Clive? I always thought it rhymed with Five, but now that I'm looking into it more, I see some sites that say the proper pronunciation is kleeve (https://www.thinkbabynames.com/meaning/1/Clive) or KLayV (https://www.babynamespedia.com/meaning/Clive)

Me-41, Hubby-40.
1st BFP-8/17/12! Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US. D&C.
2nd BFP-2/13/13! Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
3rd BFP-5/22/13! By early June, progesterone plummeting. Another loss.
August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

Hm, Ive always pronounced it to rhyme with five also. Like Cl-eye-v.
