14 was my absolute worst week. I actually didn't throw up until that week. Now I have migraines and stuffy nose, and constant gagging. Some of us will just be sick the 2nd trimester!
I'm 19w4d and this has been my first full week off the morning sickness meds. I was still puking between 17-18 weeks. I get gaggy/queasy every once in a while without the meds but no more vomiting.
Hang in there, hopefully it eases up in the next few weeks!
I was still sick at 14 weeks and really discouraged. I felt better around 17. I think most women feel better by the time they are half way - 12 weeks isn't really the magic week for everyone.
17 weeks and sickness still going strong! Hang in there! If you have a motherhood maternity store near you they sell these "preggie pop drops" like hard candies, and they really help me with nausea!
I'm 14 wks, and still experience nausea, but it is calming down a lot. I only vomited once last week. I seem to be able to control the nausea better now with small snacks all day long. At one point around 8 wks, the nausea controlled me.
Im 22 weeks and have been sick since finding out at about 5 weeks and have found that motion sickness wrist bands are the only thing that will work for me. Got them 4 days ago and dont feel nauseous and have not gotten sick! Heres to hoping it continues!!
I'll be 22 weeks on Sunday and still terribly nauseous. At this point I've given up hope that it's going away -- just trying my best to cope. Hang in there! I hope you feel better soon!!!
I"ll be 19 weeks on Tuesday and I have had a few days when I felt sick recently, but it has definitely slowed down a lot and I can enjoy food again instead of just eating because I have to.
I'm 13 weeks and still have some. But I feel the past week it has been slightly better than the few weeks before that. Still throwing up every morning but just slight nausea rest of day. I've started cooking onion again, not really enjoying that but it isn't making me retch like before. With my first baby the m/s disappeared completely like overnight at 16 weeks. It felt like a miracle and regained appetite. Hoping that will be the case again.
15 weeks and still sick - lots of nausea, but not all the vomiting like in the 1st trimester. Still no fun. Try taking 1/2 of a 12mg unisom (must be the doxy. succinate as the active ingredient) with 25mg B6, before you go to bed. This is the same exact formulation of a commonly prescribed anti-nausea med for pregnant women in Canada. Class A for safety. This combo every night has significantly helped me.
