Tummy hurts/feels tight nonstop

Hey mamas- this is my second pregnancy and I am 21 weeks. Since last night, my tummy has been feeling tight. It's not a contraction, because it never goes away. It kind of feels like a stomachache. I don't remember ever feeling this way last time, so I'm kind of concerned. Has anyone else had this happen?

Could it be the way baby is moving? When I wake up in the morning, our daughter is usually on one side of my stomach and that side is generally hard and a little achy.
