Witch hazel(alcohol free!) and aloe Vera. Combine the two, soak pads, wrap them in tinfoil and freeze them. Epsom salts are great and soothing! Earth Mama Angel Baby has a great mama bottom spray too. I also have some herbal bath tea bags, for me and baby post partum. Arnica in 30C is apparently great to take once labour starts, and for a few days after to help with the bruising.
You: Tucks, stool softener (I didn't use this much), rubber donut to sit on, nipple cream (gel pads) for breaking in your boobies, lots of water and snacks when establishing supply.
Baby: every baby is different, I appreciated having a baby k'tan to wear him in, miracle blanket (swaddling blanket), soothie pacis, newborn socks to keep their feet warm or to put on their hands if their scratching themselves, you really don't need much.
