Hcg level, need good thoughts

To start wanted to say hi to all and congratulations. I got a BFP on 12/26 with 5 other BFPs over that weekend. I rechecked yesterday and got another BFP but the line was still very faint so I got my HCG checked, my level came back today as 41.  I don’t know what to think, was hoping the level would have been higher. I get another level drawn on Monday. The other thing that makes me nervous is I got my mirena removed 11/19 and never truly had AF just two episodes of very light spotting on 11/21 and again about a week later. So I have no idea how many weeks I am or when I ovulated. I did start temping but very late mid december with unclear results since first cycle. This will by my third pregnant first in 7/10 with a chemical pregnancy and again with DS in 5/11. I worried this was another chemical pregnancy but with a week in and no bleeding/cramping don’t think it would be a chemical. Also having strong pregnancy symptoms with nausea and sore boobs. Any advise or good thoughts would be appreciated.
