I love it, too. I also love my post-baby body, stretch marks, flab and all. When I first saw myself in post-partum pics I was kind of shocked at how my body looked because I never felt as big as I looked. I was just so proud of myself for nurturing life!
I read this yesterday, and also agree. Odds are you are going to gain a lot of weight, get stretch marks, your hips will be wider and your boobs will sag, but there is nothing quite like pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
You know what else changes a body? Life. Time. Everything. Bodies are never stagnant, always in a state of organic shift. I have been big and small and strong and not. I accept my body as not only a work in progress, bit something that is always working.
This is really beautiful, thank you. I definitely have moments where I struggle a lot with accepting the changes that pregnancy is bringing. This helps keep perspective and reminds me how amazing our bodies are.

This! I was in the best shape of my life after DD and I plan to get back there after this baby, eventually.
