Consistent charlie horse feeling... Contraction?

For the last few hours i have been feeling very randomly a charlie horse type sensation on my right side along with minor back pain. It lasts random amounts of time and i havent been doing much to be active because i wasnt sure what it was. Ive been drinking water but i wasnt sure if this is part of contractions? Should i be doing something or paying attention to something in particular?

Probably Braxton Hicks since it's random.

Likely BH.  I get feelings like stitches in my sides sometimes, then I notice my belly has gone hard as well.  Since it's not time able for me and not severely painful, it's nothing I worry about.
