Tummy sleepers & chapped face

James is sleeping on his belly now and his face is red & chapped from rubbing against the sheets and laying in his drool. Any recommendations? I've been putting aquaphor on it but it doesn't really seem to help. Does their skin just eventually get used to it?

Re: Tummy sleepers & chapped face

  • No, my son's is still chapped & he's been a belly sleeper for a while. I just put eucerin on my son's. I apply it like 3 times a day.
  • I use cetaphil and it works quick. It's a bit greasy so you only need a small dab of it. I use it in general on her excema.

  • Ellie's been getting chapped from the drool too. I put a little a&d ointment on it and it clears it up.
