Home birth in northern Virginia?

Any recommendations for midwives who will do a home birth after c-section in northern Virginia? Thanks!!!

    Hi @PhillyRN! I think all of the CNMs practicing in NoVA are either hospital based or don't attend VBACs in their practices. You probably would have more luck with a CPM practice. The NOVA Birth Center is new and has some great midwives - I'd give them a call. 

    Otherwise, there are good hospital-based practices with very high VBAC success rates, but I understand if you want to stay home instead.

    I second nova natural birth center! We used them for our 2 year old and are using them again for this pregnancy! I love them!

    i had a beautiful home vbac with tammi mckinley in 2010. any future babies (which would also be vbac's technically) will certainly be with her!
