HCG levels not doubling

Bare with me, this is my first post and my first pregnancy...I am only about 5 weeks along. At four weeks my HCG level was 67 and four days later it is now 133. My doctor is having me go back to the lab in 3 days to check the levels again. She told me we are in a gray area because she cannot say something is wrong or that everything is perfect. She said I am "lagging behind." Has anyone experienced a slow HCG level increase early on? I am trying not to stress but it is hard.

Re: HCG levels not doubling

  • No advice, just ((hugs)). I know it's hard to be patient, but stick with your doctor, and wait it out.
