    I've had it down the cleavage and onto my socks. Thankfully my first didn't spit up that much.

    My son only spit up once in his first week. I felt confident when I leaned over to kiss his nose, then he spit up a hair's width from my mouth.

    I BF my twins and go thru more clothing changes than they do. My DHs white tshirts have become my uniform.
