@jessicaivana it's definitely intense and I can only take a few minutes of it, but any time LO is having a meltdown (unfortunately almost once a day), I turn this on and put it close to his ear and 9 times out of 10, he calms down and falls asleep... it's MAGIC. We do white noise/water noise on a normal night, but then pull out big guns (aka my phone) when nothing else is working.
