Lost appetite

Ever since Christmas Eve I have not been able to keep any food down. I haven't felt hungry either although I know I need to eat for my little man. I try, but less than an hour later it comes back up. Any suggestions? I'm 24 weeks.

  • Make sure you're getting enough fluids first of all. Pedialyte, watered down juice, or water. If you can keep liquids down, try plain rice or toast. But liquids are the most important thing!! If you can't keep liquids down you need to call your OB/answering service. Hope you feel better.
