Milk smells like spit up

I've noticed lately that some if my milk smells faintly like spit up. Last week, I pumped two days and one bottle smelled weird, the other didn't.
What is this? Will LO still drink it? I've been pumping to freeze for when I go back to work, so she hasn't tried it. I've heard that excess lipase smells soapy, but is the spit up smell caused by lipase, too?
