Just trying to get some real feedback about these dvds, what are the work out likes? How about the meal plans are they pretty doable?

  • They're great. THe first week you die. But if you push pause and catch your breath throughout the first week your body improves quickly and you gain endurance and strength fairly quickly. Plus, she gives pretty good pep talks with it.
