Is watery discharge normal in 2nd Tri?

This morning when I got out of bed I felt something trickle down. I take progesterone suppositories at night so figured it might be that but this time it was a lil more watery and then after I peed and wiped I noticed a few more droplets. I've had nothing since. Is it normal to have watery discharge like that from time to time?

Is it watery like pee? Or is it thick and mucousy?

FYI- went to dr. And everything came back normal : )
