Signature w/ ticker

OK, I've been on here since August, and up until this point I had given up on getting the ticker to show up on my signature, but I really want it.  I've tried copying/pasting the html and the other one, and it still isn't showing up...what am I missing?  I'm pretty tech savy so this is driving me nuts.
