When DH is home to watch DD I will go lie down or even just sit to relax and end up falling asleep (like an old man!)
I'm so exhausted, when given the chance I can easily nap 3 hours and then sleep another 8 at night.
Given how easily and unintentionally I can fall into a deep sleep, I have no idea how I get through the day without the naps. I guess it's because I have no choice! I am admittedly snappy and not super pleasant to be around when I'm that tired. I am also making full use of my 1 cup of coffee a day allowance.
What have you been doing to combat the fatigue when you have to push through?
