we've had this same problem with Luna.  You have to be a top 500 poster AT SOME POINT

at the beginning it was a lot easier to get.  And if you have one really good PW night when you are already close, you have a chance.  Once you get a bumpsicle you can't lose it (or else I would have lost mine after the work ban).  I'm not sure how people not being to lose it effects the ranking but I imagine with each PW coming up it becomes more difficult to get one

How's that for a long answer?

yeah, ditto to Kathy. I have been thinking about doing something to try to get luna hers... she's been working so hard for one! She has waaay more posts than many of the ladies who have bumpsicles already..just sayin...
