I am so tired of this headache

It feels almost more like a sinus headache actually - have had it 2 days... Go figure I can't take anything. Here's a list from my doctor on what I can take. I have only tried tylenol so far. It's not helping get any relief. I'm miserable & it even wakes me up from sleep! I never took much medicine before I was pregnant even - does the Zyrtec or bedryl help headaches? I don't have anything else no coughing sneezing etc. Just a headache from h***!

Limit Sudafed
Tylenol
All Cough drops including cepacol
Robitussin (not DM) for cough
Benadryl
Zyrtec, Claritin
Saline Nasal Sprays
Mucinex

Hope you feel better. I am having a horrible day with morning sickness and Im in the middle of a 5 hour car ride to go tell my FIL, Nana and cousins. I feel like I've been punched in the stomach and I have a sharp pain on the left side under my ribs. Oh and I finally lost it this morning right after brushing my teeth. First vomit sesh of the pregnancy.
