Anyone else's DC get ANGRY when you are trying to dress them?

One DS is happy go lucky and the other gets so angry when I try to put a shirt over his head.  It is getting to the point that I dread dressing him because he fights me and fusses and cries like I am hurting him.  He is fine with the pants, socks, diaper etc, but try to put a shirt over his head, and oh boy!!

Honestly, it depends on who is doing the dressing and how tired they are!

Every diaper change and dressing session at my house is a freaking CHORE! They freak out arch their backs, kick, scream, it is a 2 man job, and I am 1 girl! 

Hello? We do this every day, multiple times a day, for 15 months now- would you children please just get used to it, and try to help me out here? It will get done much faster if Mommy has your cooperation!
