Signature help (I know, I'm the worst)

Ok so today I finally decided to make some changes to my signature. I was able to add some text, which I hope will show up here. But then I am at a loss about adding a picture from shutterfly. All I have is albums that I have used to print things and I have no clue where to find the link that I need to add. Is there an easier way to do this?

Also I was unable to find the tutorial for adding a ticker to my thing as well. Thanks Ladies

Ok, clearly I have figured out the ticket, but now I would love to be able to add a picture!

I used that and got some of it done (obviously) but I cant figure out how to add a picture from shutterfly. Like where do I find the link? Is it just the link at the top of the page when I select the picture?

For the life of me, I can't figure it out on Shutterfly.  Can you move the pic to tinypic or photobucket?  It's really easy to grab a url from those sites.
