Eyes making me crazy!

I know "minor" vision issues are perfectly normal.  I haven't been able to stand my contacts, because the Rx felt off, since around 7-8 months.  Life with my glasses, however, has been fine, until this week.  Now even they don't seem "right" anymore.  Grr.  I'm 35 weeks.  Anyone else have the vision irritations get even worse toward the end?  I don't have genuine blurry vision or spots or anything that suggests BP issues--although I'm waiting to hear from my doc to make sure I shouldn't be seen.

I was so tired one night, I accidently switched my left and right contact when I took them off.  The next day, it literally took me 30min to figure them out.  My right eye has always been worse than my left, and it always seemed easy to figure out.  However, this time, it took forever.  Wonder if the whole "minor" vision issues had anything to do with it.
