that heavy feeling

I have barely slept because 1 I cant get comfortable and 2 I have that heavy feeling down in my uterus. I feel something weird but I think its too early to feel any movement. Im 9 1/2 weeks. About when do you start to feel the "butterflies?"

It's way to early to feel anything. Usually between 16-22 weeks you feel those first flutters. It's probably gas. Have you tried putting a pillow in between your legs? I've been doing that since 7/8 weeks.

i agree with pp....i am almost 16 weeks and just starting to feel the flutters and this is my second pregnancy.  With my DD it was around 20 when i started to feel the flutters.  Also i agree with the pillow between your legs....i have been sleeping better since i started doing that!!

I have had the HARDEST time getting to sleep lately. DH's early Christmas gift to me was a body pillow constructed especially for pregnant moms. It's been a lifesaver.
