Give me your baby spinning tips!

Found out she is still breech.  I know she has time to move, but I wanted to try a few things to get her to turn head down.  Anyone have any tips they did to get their baby head down?

  • I've heard that doing the cat/cow yoga position can get babies to rotate if they're breech. Don't know how to do it? Check YouTube! (I tried to post a link to a video, but my computer here at work won't load the video...sorry!)

  • I used a flashlight. You sit in a dark room and hold a flashlight against your pelvis. Every time I do it, LO goes nuts. I don't know if it contributed to him flipping, but he was only breech for two weeks and I began doing it the day I found out.

  • I like the pregnant chicken article, mostly cause the names she makes up for the different techniques are hilarious.

  • I just fished chiropractor session #1 and will have a second one Wednesday before doc appt Friday to see if it turned!  The chiropractor told me about some of the moves in that hilarious pregnant chicken article.

  • Forward inversions, chiropractor, breech tilt.  All are explained on spinning babies.  My problem seems to be that my baby just keeps spinning in circles all day long right now from vertex to breech to transverse.  It is kind of ridiculous.  I have a backup care provider who will do a vaginal breech birth if I need it though.  My DD didn't flip until 37w6d so my midwives aren't worried about this baby flipping and sticking.  I am way more relaxed for having a back up though.
