Girl Name Help

We just found out a couple weeks ago that we're having a girl.  We've talked a little throughout the pregnancy about names, but wanted to wait to start the serious talks till we found out what we're having.  The name DH keeps going back to is Caroline Olivia.  I'm not sure how well it flows.  I like both names separately, but not sure how well they go together.  Also, our last name is Italian and sounds like Seg-ra-tair-ee-o.  When saying the name all together it sounds like there's way too many syllables.  What do you all think?  TIA!

I think it's very pretty, although a bit too much given your long last name. Maybe try Caroline with a 1-2 syllable mn?

We actually were thinking of calling her Cara for short.  Both of us have formal names, but go by nicknames.  We figured no matter what the first name is, we'd probably use a nickname anyway.
