Lovenox/High-risk Ladies - anyone seeing a midwife too?

Just wondering how many of you are seeing a midwife?  I spoke with one briefly at my last appointment and felt it was a better fit for me.  I know that my high-risk obstetitrician would work closely with whoever else I choose to make a part of the "team".  How about you?  Seeing both?  Just one?
