Washing frequency?

I was an EOD washer but now it is so cold and diapers are moved out to the garage at the end of each day, I have moved to washing every 3rd day as l have not had any stink issues. So far no issues but am I lining myself for some problems long term doing this? Maybe a workable solution just over the colder months?

Thoughts?

Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!

Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    We usually do every third day. Have been for a few months, no issues.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    I honestly don't know how many days we go. Maybe two maybe 3 maybe 4??? Ok doubtful 4. But I just was when the pail is full or feel like its good timing. :)

    Yeah my whole "prefold stash" has became burp cloths! We probably go through 30 burp cloths in 2-3 days on top of his diapers!

    I don't think you'll have a problem with every third day. 

    I wash every- to EOD.  This works best for my washer, honestly.  Too many diapers to wash at once makes for some not-clean diapers.  

    I think every third day will be okay!

    As long as you aren't getting stink or other cleanliness issues, go for it. I sometimes end up washing every third day if we're busy or just forget.

    do you have the next size up in prefolds? we use these for spit up and it preps them while giving us more changes.

    I wash every other day tops -- but not because of anything related to the number of diapers I have, or anything else cd related other than the wash routine works perfect for these items.
