So, I bought my mother the picture pendant necklace. It just came in, and the pendant is fine, but what a piece of crap the chain is! I wasn't expecting much, but it is super short and like something you would get for a quarter out of a machine for kids. I guess I am going to go to target and buy a costume jewelry chain for $7.99 and put it on there. Really disappointed

    That sucks. I just got the calendar I ordered for DH and it was much nicer than I expected. I would think for the price of that pendant they could give you a decent chain. Fuckers.

    Oh, it was only $25, supposedly 50% off (but it seems like everything on shutterfly is always on sale.). $25 for the pendant alone is pushing it, it's not that nice either. Usually I am impressed with their stuff...I have purchased several canvas prints and they were beautiful.
