Those with IUD pregnancies...

how did you know? I've had an IUD since 7/12 and had one before I had my son.  I have a Mirena (as I had previously).  I am not sure if I am being overly neurotic because of my prior pregnancy (preemie born at 31 w) but I suddenly have some of the weird symptoms that I had when I was pregnant with him (gross taste in my mouth, sense of smell, feeling tired).  I will be taking a pregnancy test when I can get one but how did you know? This is not an ohemmgee am I preggers? post... I'm wondering if I would have normal symptoms even if I got pregnant with an IUD.  I'm kind of freaking out here.
