Single Umbilical Artery - any experience

Had my anatomy scan today - both babies are looking good, but baby B has a single umbilical artery. When we met with the MFM she told us there are possible concerns because of it, or it could cause no problems. She said sometimes they're associated with chromosomal issues, but we had a CVS at 12 weeks and know there are no chromosomal problems. The heart and kidneys look good (and sometimes there are associated problems). The other biggest issue she mentioned is IUGR, which with twins is already something that could happen. Did anyone have this? Any associated problems? I"ll continue with growth scans every 4 weeks for now (and more frequently if necessary).
