pregnancy/new mom class recommendations

Hi - I'm 20 weeks pregnant, in Fairfield and am looking for any recommendations for new mom/pregnancy classes that might be helpful for both me and my husband. Anybody?

My cousin suggested the classes that Pediatric Healthcare Associates offers in Stratford.  We signed up for the baby basics class in February. They also have a fairfield office, so it might answer your pediatrician question too.
