I noticed on the Chicago boards that we go to the same RE.? I just recently started going (October)? I am on my 2nd round of clomid and ovidrel and am currently in my 2ww.(problem with ovulation) ?I was just wondering how well you like him and do you think he will make me continue with clomid and ovidrel or is he quick to try something new.? So far I have had a good experience.??

I have been very happy with our doctor. We also started with Clomid and ovidrel but when we discovered we had male factor infertility as well he immediately recommended IVF as our best bet, rather than stringing us along with IUIs, et cetera. If he has a reason to believe the clomid won't work for you I'm confident he will only recommend the treatment that he thinks has the best chance of getting you pregnant. For what it's worth, we've seen other doctors at the practice too for some scans and they've done the retrievals and transfers in some of our IVFs and they are all very good.
