So I couldn't resist getting a Flip to try during the BF sales. I expected it to fit similarly to a 4.0, but I learned from one of MKs posts that that is not the case. So I'm not shocked that ours is smaller than our 4.0s. But I am confused by the cotton inserts. If I tri-fold it the short way, it fits in the cover on the second rise, but it's crazy bulky. Like nighttime for a heavy wetter crazy bulky. It fits on the highest rise if I just told in half, but not the middle rise. How the heck would you make this work on the smallest rise? Am I doing something wrong or is that just how the cotton inserts are?

And for your trouble, G rocking an Albert print over a new GMD flat, origami folded and because I think it's hilarious, him picking lint from his toes.

@danie007 How are you feeling? I've been thinking about you today and wondering whether you have an outside baby yet.

Not yet. Went to the hospital with contractions Monday. The on-call doc told l I was pre-term, and did everything he could do to stop my contractions. They spaced out a bit, but never went away. He sent me home with an RX. Meanwhile, contractions keep coming 3-4/hr.

At my appointment today I was told that unless my water breaks it's not likely any other doc will deliver my baby till 39 weeks. My body has some weird glitch that contractions don't really do anything for me. Luckily they don't hurt much either. I'm just stuck waiting, because, my doc is now gone till a few days before my scheduled surgery. The kicker is she told me she would have delivered A if she had been the on-call doctor.

ETA: Repeat c-section scheduled for 12/20

Wow. It sounds like you've had a rough few days. I'm sorry you are having to wait longer but hopefully A "cooking" longer will mean an easier start for you and him. You'll be in my T&Ps the next few weeks. I hope they are as comfortable for you as they can be.

Useless as well, we use flips with flats.

I got mine today and haven't gotten to play with them much yet. I think it will take some experimenting to figure out fit.

@blondolphn Yeah that's what I'm finding too. Boy the inserts hold a lot though! I trifolded it for a nap and he went 3 hours between changes and the sucker wasn't even close to being saturated. Normally he pees enough to fill the large BG MF insert and about half an AC bamboo insert during that time frame.

Ooo. Good to know. Dh doesn't know about these so I won't be able to prepare and play until next week. They do look so much thinner compared to my pockets though. Keep me posted on how the inserts do when he is awake and active, since they may shift. My lo isn't very active yet.

Oooh  thanks for posting.  I'm at work right now & can't get to YouTube, but I'll watch it on my lunch break & let you know mine look different too.

The insert in the video was the "old" version of the organic insert. That had now became the "overnight" organic insert. The new one is a single layer large rectangle.

That's what I have. I'm sure these are nicer, but I'd love to have guides.

Wow.  That explains so much.  I have the insert in the video.  (I ordered/paid for the regular organic insert, not the ON.)  It is really nice but crazy bulky.

I ordered Saturday.... But from vine.com ... Not a cd store. It's in the same family of stores as diapers.com and easy to come by codes for $20 off an order of $100 or more.
