Venting big time.

I have 5 weeks left to go before my little man arrives and 3 weeks left of work. I'm trying my best to get thru these next 3 weeks but I don't think I can. My job is not physical at all I sit at a desk for 8 hours. But I am so exhausted by lunch. I have lower back pain and I have sciatica on my right side where sitting to standing is difficult. When I come home all I wanna do is sleep and cry because I am so drained.
I know and understand doctors write their patients off with complications. Can doctors write you off for this?
