Like the former President--that's the spelling that will make the most sense to the most people in the long run.  I wouldn't recommend other "creative" spellings, unless you're okay with always having to spell it for people or having your baby girl spell it for people when she's grown.

I say Regan, but I always question if its right. I prefer the spelling Reagan or Raegan.
