pain from right breast into arm

i started out getting a weird knawing pain in my right breast. now it seems the pain has spread to my underarm and back of my rough shoulder, and even is going down my right arm. ive been bf for 15 months and have no idea what this could be. ofcourse this is the holiday weekend so i can't see a doc till mon. anyone know what this could be?

Mastitis can spread into your lymph nodes in your armpit I'm not sure if it would spread further as I don't know where other lymph nodes are.  I would definitely go in ASAP because if it's mastitis that bad it can be hard to get rid of.  Are you also very tired or having flu-like symptoms such as chills and headache?

Not to unsound any alarms but during the first month I had *very dull but annoying pains like this when I nursed. It did feel like a pulled muscle but obviously was super uncomfortable everytime I nursed. Good luck.
