So, how did your pumpkin cheesecake turn out? I've always wanted to make one, but wasn't sure how it would turn out...

  • It was good, but I think I should have baked it a little longer. The recipe said 55-60 minutes. I did 60, but probably should have done 70. It was kinda mushy. Now that it's sat overnight, it's better but still not amazing. I'll probably try it again near Christmas.

  • Hmm...yeah, I find cheesecakes can be tricky to bake properly without them ending up dried out. Hopefully your next try turns out better!
