Left overs?

Is anyone eating leftovers from thanksgiving dinner? Is it really that bad as they say? I read if it sat for three hours than it's not good to eat. Has any pregnant woman ignored this? Lol

I just ate a leftover turkey sandwich and I do plan on having a hot thanksgiving leftover dinner tonight. I did not know we weren't supposed to.

I think as long as you re-heat everything to steaming, it should be okay. I ate some leftover potato salad for lunch (did not heat it, because YUCK hot potato salad), but we don't have any other leftovers from the in-laws' house since I don't eat meat.

I'll be cooking our vegetarian Thanksgiving this weekend, but won't let things sit out for long-- I'm going to package individual servings to freeze and eat when we need something easy and quick.

As long as you re-heat I don't think it's a big deal. Toss anything you're worried about and enjoy the rest piping hot!

Ours only sat out for about an hour, so I'm definitely eating leftovers later today! If the food had sat out for 3+ hours, I don't think I'd eat it even when I'm not pregnant.
